About

Who I Am, How I Work
I’m Nadya Pierre, a People leader and executive coach with over a decade of experience helping fast-growing companies scale with intention. I’ve led People & Culture teams across tech, biotech, and AI, from seed stage through Series B, building strong foundations for leadership, team development, and organizational growth.
Through Soleo Strategies, I work with companies who know their people are central to success but may not need a full-time Head of People or in-house coach. Whether I’m advising founders on org design, coaching executives through pivotal moments, or facilitating team alignment, I bring both strategic insight and tactical support to help teams navigate complexity, build scalable people infrastructure, and evolve their systems to meet changing needs.
I’m a SHRM-SCP HR professional and Bridges Coaching Method certified executive coach, with a BA in MathEd and Ethnic Studies from UC Berkeley, a background in teaching, and a lifelong commitment to social justice. I lead with clarity, integrity, and kindness, helping leaders and teams operate at a high level with alignment and purpose.
