Who I Am, How I Work
I'm Nadya Pierre, founder of Soleo Strategies. With over a decade leading People & Culture across tech, biotech, and AI startups (seed through Series B), I now partner with founders who need strategic operational support without a full-time executive.
I'm SHRM-SCP certified, a Bridges Method executive coach, and hold a BA from UC Berkeley. I lead with integrity and kindness, helping teams operate with alignment and purpose.
